The WEST PREFECTURE of Megacity is often referred to as the 'Wild West' as it is the most dangerous prefecture in Novopangea. Crime is rampant and an everyday part of life, Most private militaries and organizations here are heavily corrupted. 

The buildings are dense and makeshift, you can often find entire structures being built off of buildings to accommodate the overbearing population, while others are left completely abandoned and full of vagrants. The apartment complexes and malls are massive and monolithic, sometimes appearing as massive smog stained slabs of concrete that go on for miles. 

While the nightlife is dangerous and seedy, this often attracts the degenerates of the richer prefectures to come here to cause trouble and party. The Bulk of organized crime in Novopangea is carried out in the West, while the kingpins and bosses often live in the South or East prefectures.
