PERSIMMON is a hybrid cybernetic fox girl living in the WEST PREFECTURE.

Having worked for a veterinary clinic and animal shelter, she was very close to the dogs she would take in from the streets. 

The clinic got caught in the middle of a turf war between an unknown private military and a cult known as GATE, the clinic was destroyed in an explosion.

In the remaining fires and rubble PERSIMMON was found by JOCHO and saved in the CELS LAB.
