MEGACITY is the bulk of NOVOPANGEA, with 98% of the population living here.
Megacity is broken up into 4 prefectures; North, South, East and West. While these prefectures all have differences, they all are very densely populated, with the majority of land being extremely dense clusters of city buildings. 

Throughout Megacity is a massive intertwining web of high speed railways that are used to travel between prefectures, one would be able to travel from the furthest point of the Western Prefecture, across the continent to the Southern Prefecture in about 5 hours. There are also various other ways to travel such as standard automobiles, hovercrafts, or even on foot. However its very easy to get lost in the urban sprawl if you do not know where you are going. 

Megacity is on average usually very cluttered and dirty, The air is thick with smog, winters are short and mild while summers are hot and lethal for low income neighborhoods. Rain in megacity is saturated with polluted ocean water and can be very irritating if swallowed or allowed on bare skin for an extended amount of time.
