LUCY is a young hybrid rabbit girl living in the WEST PREFECTURE. With a paranoid streak she tends to have delusions of people stalking her, or the belief that she is from another dimension.

She frequents virtual reality often and is a talented hacker, making a network of "burrows" that she can use to travel between high security places in the virtual world.

Lucy is also in a band that goes by the name of "So Whatever" that is fairly popular in the West Prefecture.
