KAMINO is a LUNAR TRANSPORT scientist living in the EAST PREFECTURE.
He was persuaded and hired to work for an ecoterrorist group known as BLUESHIFT on their secret lunar base. He is now the one who overlooks all rocket science and astronomy for the group.
