MEGACITY has 3 major branches of healthcare. When born in a hospital, a child is always signed up for a plan with one of these 3 branches. Often given a large discount or deal if signed up to the system that the hospital they were born in belongs to.

The healthcare systems chosen keep your entire lifetime of records safe and logged, so if a civilian is born outside a hospital they are mostly undetected by any official corporation or private law enforcement/military.

Children have their eyes scanned at birth, which logs them in the Megacorp system. Many security cameras or police stops will have an eye scanner, if eyes are (legally) changed from cosmods later in life, those eyes will have a custom chip that keeps the log updated so you remain detectible by corporate officials. Illegal eye replacement surgeries (for the purpose of going under the radar/off the grid)are common but risky if done wrong.

Healthcare bills are issues monthly, and these services are unavailable to people without a plan, or who have neglected their bills.

Medicure is one of the largest suppliers of prescription pills and drugs. doctors working under Medicure earn commission on their prescriptions, and many of their prescriptions have been found to have addictive substances in them.

Sanatrine [Owned by Behemoth]
Sanatrine is known for being the medical corp that private militaries and law enforcement use, one of the most expensive healthcare plans available. Sanatrine encourages cybernetic enhancement at every opportunity and is known for their ability to make cybernetics look nearly identical to real skin and flesh, making it nearly impossible to tell the difference. Despite their likeness to the human form they are some of the strongest cybernetics in Novopangea and are as hard as titanium. However there are rare cases of these cybernetics being too much for their user to handle and causing horrific bodily disfiguration. 

Lifecorp [Owned by Macroplush]
Lifecorp advertises themselves as the "healthiest, most natural healthcare system in Novopangea" also expensive, but with some cheaper plans available to lower income clients. Lifecorp has an unexplained abundance of blood and organs for transplant surgeries.
