The East Prefecture is the heart of business for Novopangea, with miles of identical skyscrapers, void of personality. During the working hours of any given day, crowds of suited men and women pour in and out of public transit going about their work schedule. 

The East Prefecture is by no means a bad place to live, considerably cleaner than the other prefectures, and safer for the average citizen. There are middle class residential buildings, as well as more luxurious parts of the prefecture for higher ranking business officials.

However the prefecture is seen as cold, and soulless. Most of the population here being hardened by its money hungry workaholic culture. Similar to the other prefectures; the East is not exempt from corruption in the slightest, it is simply hidden under a clean and shiny façade and kept very secretive.
