Home to the CEOs of MEGACORP and the worlds most rich and powerful is CENTRALITY. A utopia completely cut off from the rest of the population, with its own artificial ecosystem Centrality is lush with flora and fauna of the old world, with clean breathable air and crystal clear water. Most of Centrality is wilderness, with a few city centers and research facilities along the coast of Lake Ecuador. 

While the majority of it's population is born inside the borders of Centrality, some lucky few are able to become permanent citizens there. Some methods include a student lottery for prodigies and geniuses, promotion and business opportunities, as well as experimental treatment centers for medical patients with exceptionally rare conditions. 

Most information about Centrality is extremely confidential to the public, However some entertainment and propaganda is broadcast to Megacity in order to encourage the population to work hard, in hopes of being the 1% who are allowed to move there. Things like reality TV and advertising is very common, as many people in centrality have celebrity status (such as famous actors, musicians, or entrepreneurs) 

While a minority of citizens from Centrality have been reported to have moved to megacity, oddly enough these people tend to go missing shortly after their depart, under various circumstances. 

Any transports between Megacity and Centrality are usually fully automated and guarded to prevent the possibility of stowaways.
